Life in the UK Test Prep (Android app, package com.hundredships.lituk) · Last updated 10 October 2026

Summary

The app has no accounts and no server of its own. Your answers and progress stay on your phone.

Data stored on your device

Which questions you answered and whether your latest answer was right, how many mock tests you have completed, your last mock result and the app's settings are kept in the app's private storage (and in your phone's own Android backup if you use it). We never receive them.

Advertising

The free version shows banner ads from Google AdMob on the home screen and the mock test results screen. Ads are never shown during a mock test or while you practise a chapter, and your answers are not passed to the ad network. Google may collect and use your device's advertising ID, approximate location (from your IP address), ad interactions and diagnostic data to show and measure ads, as described in Google's policy. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland you are asked for consent first, and you can change your choice at any time under Settings → Ad privacy choices. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's settings.

Purchases

The Pass Pack is sold through Google Play. We don't receive your payment details; Google Play tells the app only whether you own it.

Reporting a question error

If you choose to report an error or contact us, your email app sends us your email address, your message and the question's reference number. We use them only to reply and to correct the question, and we delete the email when that's done.

An independent app

Independent study app. Not affiliated with or endorsed by the Home Office or any UK government body. For booking the Life in the UK test and the current rules, see gov.uk/life-in-the-uk-test.

Deleting your data

Everything the app stores is on your phone. To delete it, clear the app's storage (Settings → Apps → Life in the UK Test Prep → Storage → Clear storage) or uninstall the app. We keep no copy, so there is nothing to request from us. Advertising data held by Google can be managed in your Google account.

Children

The app is intended for adults preparing for the Life in the UK test and is not directed at children.
